Return Policy

Returns

All our products are exchangeable within 48 hours of delivery. No return, only exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, with the tag, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer returns on worn/used items.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Items with obvious signs of use are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Damaged Item Received
If you received a defective or damaged item, you would need to advise us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please send us an email at customerservice@dressyangels.ca with a picture of the defective or damaged item. We will review your claim and provide you with the next steps to remedy the situation.

Returning Your Item
To return your product, you should contact us using our live chat tool or by call. 

Return by shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item that you want to exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Or return at warehouse: you can return your item in Dressy Angels' warehouse and exchange it in person. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Before shipping any return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then we will process the exchange and provide you with a credit that will automatically be applied to future purchases.
