 How do I find my tracking number?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information of your package(s). You can also find tracking numbers in your order history when you log into your account.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Find out whether your order has been processed, shipped, or delivered by entering your order number and your email address or phone number in our tracking form (Track order status (dressyangels.ca). You can also check your order status when you log into your account and review your order history. We’ll also send you emails every step of the way to confirm the purchase of your order and notify you when it has been shipped and delivered.

 

Why can't I find the size I need or the size is out of stock?

If you cannot find the size you want on the product page, then maybe that size doesn’t exist for that product. If the size is sold out or out of stock, we always have the option of ordering it from the supplier. Please send us a message on our Chat or Messenger on our Facebook page for quick help.

 

Do you have a size chart?
Yes please refer to our Size Chart page on Size Chart – Dressy Angels. Please note that since we buy from different suppliers, the main size chart represents the average sizes. As a general rule, our sizes represent the age of your average-size child. For longer use of the item, we advise you to take a size above the age of your child.
